Growing out of the San Diego, California punk scene, Pierce the Veil was founded by brothers Mike and Vic Fuentes in 2007 after the demise of their previous band and furthered praise for their emo post-hardcore sound. After signing with Fearless Records in 2011, their third album Collide with the Sky was released in July 2012, peaking at No. 12 on the U.S. Billboard 200, as well as No. 1 on the U.S Alternative and Rock charts. They joined the Vans Warped Tour again in 2012, toured North America with A Day to Remember and All Time Low, and played for ticket buyers with Bring Me The Horizon in Europe and the U.K. in 2013. Following the break-up of the group Before Today, the brothers Fuentes continued writing songs and recorded a new full-length album in Seattle under their new moniker. This debut album A Flair for the Dramatic was released in June 2007 on Equal Vision Records. They recruited lead guitarist Tony Perry and bassist Jaime Preciado and played the Vans Warped Tour in 2008, as well as concerts with Breathe Carolina and Thursday. Their sophomore studio album Selfish Machines came out in June 2010 and reached No. 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart.
First time seeing them. Daughter got me on to them and bought the tickets for her birthday. I had a blast.
Best concert I ever went to. They interact with the crowd throughout the whole show and every set they play has a song for somebody. Please go seem you will NOT regret it!!
PTV always kills it— they never disappoint. Their energy is fire on stage and they put on an amazing show. I drive hours to see them live.
Been a fan since the old days but this was the first show I got to see for Pierce the Veil. Last show on this tour and it was so much fun! Lots of great energy. The sound was nice in this venue too. You could hear everything just fine. The connection to the crowd was great too. It just really seemed like everyone was having a great time. They chose some great opening acts too. Went with a bunch of friends and we all had a great time. I've been to literally hundreds of shows and this was up there! Looking forward to 2025 tour!
I’ve seen them twice. First time was in June of 2023 at the umpc event center and then again literally a few days ago. I didn’t think they could get much better than they were in 2023 but they somehow did. It was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend seeing them if you ever get the chance!
I haven’t even bought the tickets and I’m ALREADY SCREAMING ABOUT IT. Two legends together ❤️❤️
We drove from Cleveland to Syracuse, NY to see Pierce the Veil ( drove through 2 snow storms lol). They did not disappoint and put on an amazing show!
Incredible energy all around from all of the bands! Late Night Drive Home was awesome and brought some great indie vibes. Jack Kays brought in some pop punk and even did a wall of death, which was awesome. And PTV….what can you say. Awesome. Played a ton of songs from Collide With The Sky, which is my favorite album by them, and had amazing energy the whole time! I can tell that they really care about their fans and making their concerts a good time for everyone. 10/10!
I’ve been dying to see PTV and I finally did. Can’t wait for the world tour!! This show was great.
this was my first concert ever and i have to say, i will never forget this day! i went with my best friend and the atmosphere was so friendly and the music was incredible. cant wait to see them on the i cant hear you tour :) if you can get tickets, i highly recommend it.
