About

Direct from sell out tours of the UK & Europe The Simon & Garfunkel Story tells the fascinating tale of how two young boys from Queens, New York went on to become the world’s most successful music duo of all time. Starting from their humble beginnings as 50’s Rock n Roll duo Tom & Jerry, The Simon & Garfunkel Story takes you through all the songs and stories that shaped them, the dramatic split, their individual solo careers and ending with a stunning recreation of the legendary 1981 Central Park reunion concert.

Using a projection screen, the show features 1960s photographs and film footage accompanied by a full band performing all their hits including Mrs Robinson’, Bridge Over Troubled Water, Homeward Bound, Scarborough Fair, The Boxer, The Sound Of Silence and many more.

Absolutely fabulous. They not only sounded like Simon and Garfunkel, they looked like then, the information was really interesting. Wonderful performance, I highly recommend.

I found very high pitch that felt kind of unpleasant. S and G are more melodic in person.

This was a really enjoyable evening … I loved hearing and seeing the story of these two great artists. The music was top notch and certainly did justice to the original songs.

The Simon and Garfunkel story was very engaging. I loved the history journey with post cards photos -and the fellows betraying had beautiful voices and very well done. The musicians in the band were awesome too.

  • A Must-See!

by Elle on 5/30/24Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Was my first night out alone to recharge after being a mama and drove an hour to see this show, sit and watch for 2 hours and drive another hour back home... all while being 6 months pregnant. It was absolutely worth the trip. So glad I went to see it.

  • fun afternoon

by Gina on 5/29/24Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Went to see the Simon and Garfunkel afternoon show. It was really great. It was surprising how much they looked and sounded like them. It was wonderful hearing how they met, where the songs came from and how their lives were changed and molded by their songs. I never knew how famous and well known they were. I really enjoyed the show and the music. The guys on the guitars, drums and keyboard were a lot of fun to watch as well. I definitely would recommend people to see this show. The tickets were a great price and the venue is fabulous.

  • Fun concert but room for improvement

by Sharon on 5/28/24Grey Eagle Event Centre - CalgaryRating: 3 out of 5

Enjoyed the concert overall. Would’ve preferred more of the familiar songs. Band was great and the guys were talented but ‘Paul’s’ voice was nasally and irritating at times.
