San Jose Civic has a convenient passenger loading zone located in front of our main entrance. The ADA-accessible ramp leads up to the main lobby. Designated parking is available on Market Street or at the San Jose McEnry Convention Center Garage. For ADA ticket availability please call our box office (408) 792-4111.

NO outside food/drink. NO glass or aluminum cans. Backpacks, large bags, video cameras, professional cameras, laser pointers, graffiti paraphernalia, or noisemakers of any kind, are PROHIBITED.

Our standard policy is that children ages 2+ years need tickets. For family shows, children ages 1+ need tickets. Family shows: Children 12 months and older must have their own ticket.
