Advance ticket sales are at the NRG Stadium south ticket windows Wednesday-Friday 10am-5pm. NRG Arena ticket windows open on the day of the show at varying times depending upon the event. Check the NRG Park website (nrgpark.com/box-office) for specific hours.

For advance ticket sales at the NRG Stadium south ticket windows: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted. Cash and checks are not accepted. Day of show ticket sales at the NRG Arena ticket windows: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted. Checks are not accepted.

Will call is not available. Tickets are delivered digitally. If you believe you have tickets at will call, please reach out to the box office ahead of time for verification.

Parking rates differ for each event. Rates are subject to change without notice. No in and out access. Electronic or credit/debit card payment is required at parking gates.

No smoking allowed inside. Some events may follow a clear bag policy.
