Styx have endured for over five decades while staying true to their progressive rock sound and theatrical live show. Since releasing their self-titled debut in 1972, Styx have sold over 54 million records worldwide between 17 studio albums, 16 compilations and nine live recordings. Notably, the band released four consecutive RIAA-certified multi-platinum albums between 1977’s The Grand Illusion, 1978’s Pieces of Eight, 1979’s Cornerstone and 1981’s Paradise Theatre, the last of which became their first to top the Billboard 200. Across their career, Styx earned eight Top 10 singles on the Hot 100, including the chart-topping “Babe” as well as “Come Sail Away” “Mr. Roboto” and their 1990 comeback single “Show Me the Way.” Despite several hiatuses and lineup changes, Styx have become one of rock’s most consistent touring acts, hosting nearly 100 live shows every year for over two decades and netting career-best earnings on massive co-headlining tours with REO Speedwagon, Foreigner and Def Leppard. In 2021, Styx released their seventeenth studio album, Crash of the Crown.

Styx will head out on the Brotherhood of Rock tour in May 2025. After kicking off in Greenville, South Carolina, the tour will travel across the United States and Canada, with dates scheduled through late August.

Styx was outstanding! The music and singers were all spot on all night long. The audience was fired up and we stood the entire concert. I will in the seats again in 2025!!
As expected, they played their entire list of hits. The second to last song was Mr Roboto and they finished with Renegade. JY and Tommy still have it. All of them do. Will see them again next time they come through.
Styx was awesome! The seats were awesome! Had the best time ever! Wished they could have played longer. It was Best of Times, A Grand Illusion!
The concert was great. Those guys have still got it. The harmonization was fantastic. Tommy Shaw can still hit those high notes. It has been almost 10 years since I have been at this venue, and it has changed a lot. I really like what they have done to it. First class all around. Again. Loved hearing all of the Styx songs, and even a few new ones. For sure worth going to see them.
As usual Styx rocks it !!! Awesome show, great drummer and of course the band is awesome as usual.
We were on the floor in Row J, so 10 rows from the stage. Great to see them and happy they played mostly their hits. I wish they woulda played a few more like: Sweet Madam Blue Babe But, like I noted, if you’re a fan, you’ll enjoy.
I have seen Styx at least a dozen times. I would rate this effort as their best. Lawrence’s brother on the base kicked ass. JY hasn’t lost a beat. Todd is still the best in the business (check out drummer magazine). Lawrence IS the showman. And what can I add about Tommy that has not been said. I can’t wait for their next concert here.

Styx put on a fantastic show! The only negative was there is no way to avoid being exposed to cigarette smoke getting to and from the show site.
