Shakira is a Latin pop singer-songwriter from Barranquilla, Colombia. After signing with Sony Music Colombia at age 13, the star made a name for herself in Latin America with Spanish-language albums like Pies Descalzos (1995) and DĆ³nde EstĆ”n los Ladrones? (1998). In 2001, Shakira made her crossover debut with her fifth album Laundry Service, which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and spawned global hit singles ā€œWhenever, Whereverā€ and ā€œUnderneath Your Clothes.ā€ Throughout the 2000s, Shakira continued her crossover success with further radio smashes like ā€œHips Donā€™t Lieā€ featuring Wyclef Jean, the BeyoncĆ© collaboration ā€œBeautiful Liarā€ and ā€œShe Wolf.ā€ Further LPs in Shakiraā€™s discography include FijaciĆ³n Oral, Vol. 1 (2005), Oral Fixation, Vol. 2 (2005), She Wolf (2009) and Shakira (2014). At the turn of the new decade, the singer co-wrote and recorded ā€œWaka Waka (This Time For Africa),ā€ the official song of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and in 2020, she headlined the Super Bowl LIV halftime show alongside Jennifer Lopez. Shakiraā€™s most recent studio set, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, was released in 2024.

    I was so disappointed when I was not able to get tickets to Palm Dessert, but my wonderful daughter scored two tickets for June 30, 2025, in my backyard...SFO! Can hardly wait! Thank you Shakira for adding the Bay Area to your tour...beyond happy šŸ˜ƒ

    I so bummed about the cancellation of our Palm Desert show, HOWEVER, that was all in the past when she announced that she was coming to SF. Saved me a boat load on hotel and airfair costs and the special pre-sale for past ticket holders meant that my daughter and I could get even better seats for a better price. Aaauuuuuuuuu!

    I bought tickets to see Shakira in Chicago in December. Show was canceled, no biggie because I was told that Iā€™d get to buy presale for stadium, EXCEPT there is no stadium tour in Chicago! Iā€™m so disappointed and pissed. Not cool Shakira, not cool at all.

    Concert canceled and now weā€™re without a ticket. If the event was moved to a different venue, why werenā€™t we moved to secured seats at the new venue that are comparable to the original seats (or better)? So much time and luck is required to score some tickets to lose it all. Now, it has to happen again and as a result, we may not get so lucky.

    The reason from what I read is that the USA says that she has a really big fan base and she has to hold her concert in stadiumā€™s now
