Atlanta Hawks History
The lineage of the Hawks dates to 1946, when the Tri-Cities Blackhawks played in the NBA's forerunner, the National Basketball League. They moved to Milwaukee in 1951, shortening their name, and then to St. Louis in 1955. They made the NBA finals four times in a five-year stretch, defeating the Boston Celtics to capture the franchise's only title in 1958.
After moving to Atlanta in 1968, the Hawks' postseason runs continued for five years, fueled by the likes of Pete Maravich, Lou Hudson and Walt Bellamy. In 1976, Ted Turner bought the team and installed Hubie Brown as coach, and by his second season, the team was again a playoff contender. The Dominique Wilkins era began in 1982, with "The Human Highlight Film" leading the team to four straight 50-win seasons beginning with the 1985–86 season.
The arrival of Dikembe Mutombo helped the Hawks continue to make postseason runs in the late 1990s, and the team notched 10 consecutive playoff berths starting in the 2007–08 season. During the 2021–22 regular season, All-Star point guard Trae Young led all of the NBA in total points (2,155) and total assists (737). During the postseason, the Atlanta Hawks went on an incredible playoff run, led by Young, that saw them advance to the Eastern Conference Finals where they lost to eventual NBA Champions Milwaukee Bucks.

The Hawks were absolutely terrible...airballs...missed layups...the worst!...Any high school team could have got out there and ran them off the floor that night!
Although the hawks lost, it was an unreal experience being that close to the NBA floor and experiencing a game in person. Ticketmaster got me a great deal on seats for three.
I didn’t get to see Ja Marant. Also, Trae didn’t play. I thought wow the hawks got all that money from the fans. The game wasnt that good either because they loss badly. I used to get at least 100 tics to the game, had the floor for the kids or whoever to play on (for 20 minutes) before the players come back out to practice. I was dealing with your top tic salesman Mike Epps. Those were the days! Sorry for the negative review.
I received my tickets as promised. As for this review, you have to sign-in to submit the review, and type at least 50 characters. Thank you
Showed up to this game only to have key players out for the night with popup injuries. Players need rest but the Hawks had no chance in this game with these players out.
Quick and easy!. The navigation was excellent. Finding your event was easy. Finding tickets of your preference for you is always a plus saves time.
Great experience ushers were very helpful ticket people were very nice
Everything was great. Only thing I would complain about is the bottomless soda. Price is too high. Nobody drinking that much soda.
The A-Town girls made my trip great. I will go again.
