About

Comprised of Claudio Sanchez (Vocals / Guitar), Travis Stever (Guitar), Josh Eppard (Drums) and Zach Cooper (Bass), Coheed and Cambria have gripped listeners and press around the globe with their visionary compositions and conceptual mastery. In 2018, Coheed and Cambria made a stunning return with their new album THE UNHEAVENLY CREATURES, which debuted at #1 on Billboard’s “Hard Rock Albums” chart, #6 current sales and Top 15 on the “Billboard 200” chart. Boasting 15 songs over 78 minutes, THE UNHEAVENLY CREATURES marked Coheed and Cambria’s furious return to concept albums, the ‘First Act’ in a brand-new story arc set within the backdrop of The Amory Wars universe. The acclaimed record is highlighted by standout tracks “The Gutter,” “Unheavenly Creatures,” “The Dark Sentencer” (premiered by Marvel Studios) and “Old Flames,” the latter of which features an official music video directed by Charles “Chas” Todd. The cinematic clip features striking choreography masterminded by Broadway luminary Jon Rua who is known for his roles in the 12-time Tony nominated Spongebob Squarepants and the Tony & Grammy Award Winning hit musical Hamilton. More recently, Coheed and Cambria teamed up with GRAMMY Award-winning singer Rick Springfield for a sequel to one of the most iconic stories in rock ‘n’ roll history with “Jessie’s Girl 2” and launched their very owncoffee brand, Coheed and Cambria Coffee Roasters.

  • Coheed and Cambria, Masters of the Live Show.

by Dohtee on 9/17/24Grand Sierra Resort and Casino - RenoRating: 5 out of 5

While I am a biased fan, Coheed and Cambria are one of those bands where it’s truly difficult to see a “bad” show. This is a group of people who genuinely love the music they are writing, genuinely love the instruments they are playing, and it bleeds through in their performances. This particular show also featured up-and-comer Alejandro Aranda (American Idol, Seven Hours After Violet, features with Left To Suffer) and I’ve never seen one guy with an acoustic guitar get a crowd as hyped up as he was able to. If you haven’t, go see Coheed! If you have, go again!

  • GREAT SHOW, MESSY PRE-SHOW

by Javier on 9/16/24Riverside Municipal Auditorium - RiversideRating: 4 out of 5

Great show by all bands... But the Mage and Prise VIP Pre-Show meet and greet was not up to par, people didn't know where to go or wait for access to the pre-show acoustic song by Coheed and Cambria and we somehow organized by ourselves because we didn't get instructions by staff.

  • Amazing show, as always!

This venue is awesome. This band is even better, whether you are a passive fan or a hardcore fan they put on a show worthy of both.

Was my first time seeing them live and they were amazing!

  • Amazing. every. time.

by Kandice on 9/4/24South Side Stage - HarrisburgRating: 5 out of 5

There’s something to be said about a band that sounds just as good (if not better) than their album recordings when they play live. Coheed is one of those bands. I will see them every and any time they come around.

  • Great Headliner-Pick better support

by BillChamb on 9/2/24South Side Stage - HarrisburgRating: 4 out of 5

An added off-tour headline set on a Friday night at an outdoor venue. First time at XL Live, inside or out. Entry was smooth, venue seemed well managed and well laid out. Coheed & Cambria are deep into the touring season and squeezed extra dates like this one onto their itinerary. They played with every bit of energy and power as ever. They tore through a 90 min set consistent with other recent performances. And they still managed to look like they were having a blast! As a single-shot show, there was a need for regional support acts. Having witnessed the two acts, Kaonashi and Soul Glo, I have serious doubts if Coheed was consulted in their addition. Whoever was responsible should find a new line of work. In 40+ years of concert attendance, these were the two most unforgivable, unredeemable acts signed on to provide support for any top tier headliner. No doubt those two bands have their place and fanbase, but their portion of two hours prior to Coheed & Cambria were just horrendous. Even Coheed’s performance couldn’t completely eradicate the bizarre experience. Do better.
