The suspension of Batman Arkham Knight on PC is not being limited to the digital market.
Eurogamer reports that retailer GAME has been ordered by publisher Warner Bros to immediately stop selling PC copies”.
An employee at an unspecified store told the site: "We have the stock but I’m not allowed to sell it to you."
It was revealed this morning that Warner Bros has suspended the game from Steam while it tackles the well documented technical problems that have left many owners angry.
In other Arkham Knight news Videogamer reports that Nvidia is helping Warner and its teams to fix the many issues present in the game.
"We are working with WB Games and the development teams to address the performance issues of the PC version of Batman Arkham Knight,” the tech firm said. We have made our QA and engineering resources available and will provide updates when they are available."
Arkham Knight director and Rocksteady co-founder Sefton Hill has also for the first time officially confirmed what was already revealed in Arkham Knight’s credits – that the PC version was handled by Iron Galaxy.
WBGames is working with the PC developer IronGalaxy to address the issues ASAP,” he said. Rocksteady will provide any support to get this resolved.”
