The Dark Knight is to become the centrepoint of a new art show headed to London.
In the lead-up to the release of Batman Arkham Knight on June 22nd, Warner Bros has partnered with 20 contemporary artists and media celebrities to reimagine the superhero’s iconic cape and cowl.
Celebrities including Jonathan Ross, Noel Clarke, Eliza Doolittle and Jodie Kidd, as well as artists Nancy Fouts, Lauren Baker, Hayden Kays, Inkie, Pam Glew, INSA, The Connor Brothers, Zeus, Matt Small, Jon Burgerman, Case, Crash, Cyclops, Kid Acne, Logan Hicks and Pure Evil, have had their way with life-sized replicas of the Caped Crusader’s getup.
With a handful of the designs having debuted at MCM Comic Con last month, the full range of efforts will go on display at Kachette in Shoreditch, London, from Tuesday June 23th to Sunday June 28th.
The exhibition is free to enter, and will be open from 11am to 9pm Tuesday to Saturday, with a slightly short time of 11am to 5pm on Sunday.
