Microsoft has announced the finalists for its XNA game competition Dream Build Play.
The contest, which called for amateur developers to submit games developed using Microsoft’s XNA platform, rewards the winners with a chance to have their game published on Xbox Live Arcade.
The games chosen for the final round of judging represent a wide range of genres and styles, with developers from the UK, US, France, Canada, Sweden, Belgium and China in the running.
The third, second and first place winners will be announced in the keynote of Microsoft’s Gamefest event on August 13th. Screenshots of all the finalists can be seen on the Dream Build Play website.
