The London Games Festival is returning in 2018 between the 5th and 15th of April and, once again, so is the Games Finance Market.
As part of the festival, the Games Finance Market gives the opportunities for 60 games companies and 60 investors to meet and generate new business deals. This year, the third time the market has taken place, there will be a pre-event training programme called the Pitch Bootcamp.
The Bootcamp takes place between the 10th and 11th of January will give a small number of potential applicants the opportunity to receive mentoring and guidance to help optimise their chances of gaining investment from the Games Market. In 2017, three-quarters of Bootcamp trainees successfully entered follow-up talks to their pitches with investors, generating £7.4m of investment.

The event costs £199 per place (including VAT) and has 20 open spaces. Successful applicants will also be eligible to attend the Games Finance Market.
