Tencent Games is stepping into European gaming market with an authentic 5V5 mobile MOBA game, Arena of Valor, which is published by Proxima Beta, a division of Tencent Games.
Arena of Valor has been already launched in South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam where it was an instant success. Within less than one year, it’s already on the top of the charts on both platforms and now is officially coming to Europe.
If you are already a MOBA fan, the first thing you’ll probably notice is the familiar look and feel of the game. The developers are aiming to bring both the best possible graphics as well as beloved MOBA gameplay to the mobile game world with this title. Like many great MOBA games, Arena of Valor has three lanes and a jungle, different gameplay modes including 5v5, and a growing roster of exciting heroes to play. The experience is enhanced even further with a completely original soundtrack composed by Hans Zimmer.
In fact, Arena of Valor has a lot in common with popular PC MOBAs. You’ll be able to queue up and will be matched with players around the world. You can also invite your friends to join you and form new allegiances with other players in-game. Coordination is a must for the fast-paced combat and strategic depth of the game, and the game’s built-in voice chat enables you to take your teamwork to the next level.
While PC MOBAs require considerable time commitments, Arena of Valor matches will fit perfectly into your daily commute or lunch break, with rounds averaging about 15 minutes.
Winning and climbing the ranks in Arena of Valor is all about your skill. You’ll never be outmatched by an opponent because they’ve spent more money than you. Most of the heroes are unlockable via use of in-game currency, which is earned by simply playing the game and completing quests.
