The Division 2 back at the top of the charts

With no major release last week, Ubisoft’s The Division 2 was back at No.1 in the UK weekly charts, despite a 30 per cent drop in sales week-on-week. Sales were quite equally divided between PS4 (51 per cent) and Xbox One (48 per cent).

FIFA 19 took No.2 in spite of a three per cent decrease in sales week-on-week, while last week’s No.1, Yoshi’s Crafted World, had to settle for No.3 with a 61 per cent drop. Nintendo was well represented in the Top Ten, with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe at No.4, New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe at No.9 and Super Smash Bros Ultimate at No.10 – all of them having experienced a slight rise in sales week-on-week.

As GfK pointed out, Easter promotions boosted some older titles, with Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, for instance, re-entering the charts at No.11 following a 187 per cent increase in sales week-on-week. Football Manager, which sales went up 230 per cent week-on-week, re-entered at No.14.

Further down the charts, Bandai Namco’s Nintendo Switch title Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission was the only new entry in the charts, debuting at No.26.
