It was another very quiet week at retail, with no new entries in the UK weekly charts. Game sales at UK retail were down 20 per cent week-on-week.
Milestone’s Gravel, which released on February 27th, was very close to making it to the Top 40 but debuted just outside of the charts, at No.42, with GfK noting that it made it to No.30 in terms of revenue.
The Top Ten very much feels like the same as usual, with FIFA 18 taking the No.1 spot again, for the third consecutive weeks since price cuts on the Switch version helped the title to go back at the top. It is the seventh No.1 for FIFA 18 since launch in late September last year.
GTA V and Call of Duty: WWII managed to keep their positions, respectively No.2 and No.3, while Mario Kart 8 Deluxe gained four spots to No.4. Sales for the Switch racing hit have been consistently growing for the past four weeks.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds made it back to the Top Ten at No.8 following a eight per cent increase in sales. Breath of the Wild also re-entered the Top Ten, with a 11 per cent growth helping the title to chart at No.9.
