February charts: FIFA 18 back at the top, 3 new entries in the Top Ten

FIFA 18 was back at the top of the charts this February, boosted by a 180 per cent increase in sales for the Switch version month-on-month, according to GfK monthly report. The PS3 version of EA’s football behemoth also saw a 66 per cent growth, with sales for the title increasing two per cent across all platforms.

January’s No.1, Call of Duty: WWII, had to settle for No.6 with a 42 per cent decrease in sales, while Monster Hunter: World climbed one spot to No.2 for its second month in the charts. Sales for Capcom’s hit were up 13 per cent month-on-month.

Meanwhile, there were three new entries in the Top Ten. EA Sports UFC 3 debuted at No.3, Sony’s remake of Shadow of the Colossus for PS4 entered the charts at No.4 and controversial RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance debuted at No.7.

Further down the charts, Rainbow Six Siege gained eight spots to No.19, with sales up 12 per cent month-on-month, likely boosted by the Six Invitational 2018 mid-February.

Konami’s Metal Gear Survive debuted at No.50, though the title was only out for five days when GfK closed its report for the month.
