Malaysian outlet Streamline Studios is ramping up its recruitment efforts following the news that it has doubled in size over the last 12 months.
The developer is best known for helping out on a number of triple-A hits including Street Fighter V and BioShock Infinite, as well as upcoming sci-fi MMO Star Citizen and Epic’s MOBA shooter Paragon.
Streamline said that it had doubled both its revenue and studio size since the same period in 2015, but didn’t reveal specific figures. The company now employs more than 160 staff.
Among the workforce are two new recruits.
Justin Keeling (pictured, left) joins Streamline’s Tokyo studio as global head of corporate development from his position as GM and founder of IGN International at News Corporation, having previously also served as head of product and strategy at UTV Games.
Joining him is former EA marketer and lead producer at Zynga, Chase Payne (pictured, right), who takes up the position of head of marketing.
Streamline added that it is looking to “aggressively” hire for staff at its Kuala Lumpur offices, while it continues to work on original IP for PC, consoles and VR platforms.
