Former CEO seeking new developers, sell shares to partner Arnt Jensen

Playdead co-founder Dino Patti departs Limbo studio

Dino Patti is departing Copenhagen-based developer Playdead, the studio behind Limbo and the recent release Inside.

Patti was one of the firm’s two co-founders, setting up the company with Arnt Jensen in 2006. Since then the team has grown to 25 people, thanks in no small part to the success of Limbo.

The departing exec served as CEO until December 2015, after which he took on a business development role. He now departs to “seek new challenges”.

“I feel that I’m leaving the company in a state where it can manage itself, and I wish the best of luck to Arnt and the rest of the team in the future,” he said.

Patti has sold his shares in Playdead to Jensen for an undisclosed amount.
