Composer and sound artist Baiyon has joined Q-Games.
The Japanese audio dev previously worked on the Eden instalment in Q-Games’ PixelJunk franchise as art and sound director. He will now take on the role of creative producer.
Previously, Baiyon contributed several tracks to Media Molecule’s LittleBigPlanet 2, as well as creating some of the virtual instruments available to players inside the game’s music sequencer.
More recently, he recorded voice and sound effects for indie sci-fi roguelike Galak-Z.
“His unique flair will help push our projects even further into the future,” said Q-Games in the announcement.
