Wooga names Hermione Mckee as new chief financial officer

Wooga has announced that Hermione Mckee has been named as the company’s new chief financial officer.

In her new role, Mckee will be taking the lead on all things finance at Wooga, whether that’s aspects of game development like data driven approaches to design and monetisation or top-level decisions like investment strategies.

Mckee joined Wooga in 2016 as their head of finance, but before that she picked up a decade of experience from the financial sector, with senior roles at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

"I’m very excited to take this next step with Wooga and play an even bigger role in this company’s promising future. Wooga is already a market leader in terms of in-house business intelligence and I look forward to improving our capabilities even further." said Mckee in a statement.

"Hermione has made a fantastic impact since joining Wooga and has taken our finance and commercial intelligence teams to the next level. This promotion represents due reward for all of her hard work over the past 12 months and will welcome her valuable input in driving Wooga forward," added Wooga’s CEO Jens Begemann.
