The more things change, the more they stay the same: yes, the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is still at No.1 in the UK weekly charts. For its sixth consecutive week at the top of the listings, sales for the title were only down five per cent week-on-week.
Crash Bandicoot’s ongoing success is partly due to the lack of new releases, though Hello Neighbor made it to No.16 this week following its launch on PS4 and Switch, having released on Xbox One and PC back in December. Sales for TinyBuild’s stealth game increased 970 per cent week-on-week as a result.
This is pretty much the only thing that happened in this week’s charts, which saw Lego The Incredibles remaining at No.2 with a 10 per cent drop in sales. Lego Worlds was also probably boosted by the success of Lego The Incredibles and was back in the charts this week, re-entering at No.32 with a 16 per cent boost in sales.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe climbed two spots to No.3 following a slight six per cent sales increase week-on-week.
