  • Sensory overload

by Jodi on 1/7/25Wells Fargo Center - PhiladelphiaRating: 2 out of 5

The “dance party” portions of the show were excessively loud and the bright, flashing lights were overwhelming. As my granddaughter said, “This show should have a seizure trigger warning.” Way too much for young children and those with sensory sensitivities. Two stars because the costumes were amazing!

  • Good show but could be better

by Crzyswtgirol on 1/7/25Wells Fargo Center - PhiladelphiaRating: 4 out of 5

This was my first show and I thought overall it was good. I wished they included more of the classic and popular Disney princesses such as Belle, Cinderella, Pocohontas, Jasmine or even Rapunzel. I didn’t think Wish was exciting and my kids didn’t even show any excitement. Most of the people and kids around us didn’t even have a clue or didn’t feel excited about it. Another improvement is for the dancers. During parts of the show or with certain characters, the dancer did not look enthusiastic or excited. It looked like everyone was dancing to their own rhythm or beat. They were not in sync for majority of the time which ended up being comical at times. Overall, I spent a lot of money for good seats, and was hoping for a spectacular show as it was advertised, but the show was good and I probably won’t watch it again next time and can’t enthusiastically recommend it either. I’ll probably explore a different show or just watch one theme show to really enjoy the whole singing, dancing, and live action. My friend who saw this show many times in the past and said the past ones were much better than the one we saw recently.

What an enjoyable show! Loved the format of the show dancing out the beautiful tunes from many Disney favorites. Exciting skating, acrobatics, special effects, etc.to make it a wonderful show.

  • Amazing show

by Caitlin on 1/4/25Wells Fargo Center - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

Not only was the show amazing and so professional, but I had bought cheap seats and they closed that section so I was given 3rd row seats for free which was an AMAZING surprise! Me, my sister, and my niece and nephew got to see the incredible performance up close.

  • Family Fun Tradition

by Kristine T on 1/3/25Wells Fargo Center - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

We absolutely love Disney On Ice and go each year as a family tradition around the New Year. Each year Disney On Ice is a special event for our family and we love the ice dancing, acrobatics, atmosphere, and spectacle - everything about it! We highly recommend this as a family event and that you can go each year because the show is always unique. We have a 1.5 year old, 3 year old, and 5 year old and they are entertained the whole time (even the 1.5 year old watches the performance). Our children love dressing up and they sing and dance along as they indulge in all the snacks. While the snacks are expensive, they do add to the overall experience for them and this event is special. Plus, where else will you get cotton candy in Dec/Jan? Parking is easy, security is present, and you feel safe and sound with your family as well. This is nice because it makes a kid-centric event stress free.

  • Amazing fun!!!

by BenjaminA on 1/3/25Wells Fargo Center - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

It was AWESOME!! We've gone two years in a row and we LOVE how they changed it up this year and included songs from Wish and others. But the favorites like Frozen and Lion King were amazing. It was amazing, everyone honestly has to go.

  • Grandaughter LOVED It !!!

by GranPoP Slice on 1/3/25Wells Fargo Center - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

All the Disney favs that the kids know. As long as she had a wonderful experience, then so did I, her grandpop. I really appreciated the 'high wire' stuff off the ice. Great Job by the performers.

  • Family Tradition

by Girl Mama on 1/2/25Wells Fargo Center - PhiladelphiaRating: 4 out of 5

My family has been going to Disney on Ice since I was 5, and I am now in my 40's. The show is absolutely wonderful, and having Mickey and friends begin and end the show always brings tears to my eyes. My only complaint is in the programs. I know this may seem minor to some, but looking back at the programs to see the shows I watched when I was little was very special to me. The programs used to match the performance, even down to the same skaters in images. Now, they are generic photos used year to year and they do not match the actual performance. Looking back at these programs to remember what we saw cannot happen now. As I said, I am not complaining about the show at all! It is still just as spectacular as it always was... I just wish I could continue to share the programs in the future! My rating reflects a minus star just because of my minor disappointment in the lasting memorabilia.
