Timeless in a way that few other acts today are, The Spinners are one of the most iconic and enduring groups in R&B history. With a towering legacy spanning over six decades, The Spinners have never lost their universal appeal.
The group created and came to defne the smooth sound of Philadelphia Soul, with smash singles like, "I'll Be Around," "Could It Be I'm Falling In Love," "Then Came You," "The Rubberband Man,'' "Working My Way Back To You", and many more- earning Six Grammy nominations, 18 Platinum and Gold Albums, a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and selling millions of records worldwide in the process.
Four decades later The Spinners have not skipped a single beat and were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2023. Awesome show, every group was great and just enough time for the entire show
I went to this on Saturday night with a large group of people we were in the front row and the second row. All three put on an amazing show. They all have incredible energy get everybody up dancing. This is our second year in a row saying these three acts I highly recommend. Especially if you love dancing and having a good time
This show had us and everyone in the theatre laughing, singing and dancing ! There voices, energy and routines were top notch .
The Spinners were great! They sang all the songs that you know and kept everyone dancing in their seats. However, was disappointed in Bergen PAC. The seats were very cramped, with no leg room. During the Blue Notes performance someone from Bergen PAC came on stage and literally took the microphone out of the singer's hand to stop him. Apparently Bergen PAC is very strict with their time. If this is an issue, then why have evening concerts. Even the Spinners mentioned they were short on time. They definitely could have performed for another 30-45 minutes.
This was a very engaging show, as my wife and I really enjoyed it. The rubber band man was absolutely the best as the finale. Keep on spinning on Spinners.
they sounded horrible. they were yelling and screaming instead of singing. i am glad i got to see all the original members in the 1970's. i won't see them again.
If you miss this! Wished on a Star and got a Mighty Love. Almost fell over seats dancing. Rose Royce had 10 people onstage. Evelyn King is so grateful and talented đ Spinners can't be beat. Great show.
Such good music, lost my voice. My mom jamming like she was a teenager all over again!!
